Website update and we Will Remember them

Following on from the last blog I have now finished the work on those mem mentioned in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) website

I have been able to identify all but 3 of the 132 in the existing database and they should all be recorded now.

The three I am struggling with are

Harry was a gunner with the Royal Garrison Artillery, service number 175159. He died on the 25th June 1918 and is commemorated in the Baghdad (North Gate) War Cemetery, Iraq.  There appears to be no further information available on him.
The "Soldeirs died in the Great War" says that he was born in Sabden, Lancashire and the register of soldiers effects says that his father is William but there is still not enough information to identify him conclusively.

Kenneth Halstead JACKSON
Kenneth was a Lance Corporal in the Australian Infantry, service number 141. He died on 27 April 1915 and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Memorial, Turkey.
The CWGC says in the notes "Son of Frederick William and Jessie Elizabeth. Jackson (nee Ferguson), of The Glen, St. Mary'S, New South Wales. Native of Sydney." Frederick was born in Lambeth, Surrey in 1848 and appears to have gone to Australia in the 1860's as a tree on Ancestry points to that. However I can find no link to the HALSTEAD name within the families

David Halstead ROGERS
David was a Cadet in the Royal Flying Corps, service number 152024. He died on 17 January 1918 in a flying accident at Camp Taliaferro, Texas, USA and is commemorated at the New York City (Woodlawn) Cemetery. The CWGC has no further information on him.
The Canadian War Graves Register records his next of kin as Mr J. S. ROGERS, 2855 Bainbridge Avenue, New York, New York State, USA. His Royal Flying Corps attestation papers (available on FindMyPast show that he enlisted on 21 September 1917 and was 18 years and 6 months old which means that he was born about March 1899 and his next of kin as Mr Jay S ROGERS of New York, his father.

The whole website was dated as well this weekend
